Nathan Skipper
Nathan Skipper, your host, has a special place in his heart for the Skipper Ranch. Growing up around this magical place he has always dreamed of hosting retreats to share this world with others. Now living in Asheville North Carolina with his three beautiful children, Nathan is a certified Yoga instructor with a true passion to help others reconnect with their mind, body, and soul.

Ginny Skipper
Ginny Skipper is an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Having worked as a registered nurse for over 45 years, Ginny understands how connection to the natural world can have a positive impact on personal health. Ginny lives and works on the Skipper Ranch and takes daily walks exploring the oak hammocks and pastures. She enjoys the serenity and oneness of nature and stays very busy managing her bees, cows, and chasing grandchildren around the ranch.

Pegah Stegman
Pegah Stegeman, E-RYT 500, is a vibrant yoga teacher who brings resilience, joy, and spiritual depth to every class. A breast cancer survivor, recovery warrior, and proud mom of two, she shines brightest when leading soulful Vinyasa flows that blend movement, breath, and connection. Her students love her playful energy, warm spirit, and the way she makes everyone feel at home on the mat.

Buffy La Roux
Buffy La Roux is a sound healer, Reiki Master Teacher, yoga guide, QHHT practitioner, and licensed massage therapis As the visionary behind Buffy’s Boutique in Winter Haven, FL, she guides others into deep healing and remembrance through sound, energy, and movement. Her sessions open the heart, awaken the spirit, and invite a return home—one breath, one note, one vibration at a time.
